Tim oversees investor relations at Silverman Capital, serving as the primary bridge between the firm and its growing investor community. An active real estate investor and operator, Tim has acquired and operated three boutique hotels and a management company, giving him firsthand experience on both sides of every deal.
That dual perspective uniquely positions him in investor relations. He understands how deals are underwritten, how to evaluate risk, how deals perform through cycles, and what it takes to deliver on investor expectations from the ground up, creating genuine alignment between operator and investor.
